Refund policy

 

Dearest Customers, Due to the nature of the computer sales industry, and in order to continue to offer the competitive pricing and excellent service that our customers have come to expect from us, we must adhere to the following return policy:

Hardware

  • All hardware sales may be returned within 30 business days of the original sale for a full refund or exchange, provided that all packaging and included accessories are with the original sealed packaging intact and returned in original condition.
  • Memory Lane would be happy to help in any way we can with obtaining warranty service on defective hardware. Warranty conditions do vary according to manufacturer and model, so please check the warranty policy of your hardware before or immediately after purchase in order to avoid confusion. Hardware may have to be tested at Memory Lane in order to obtain warranty service, and this testing may take up to 72 hours.

Software

  • Memory Lane may not take back any returns on opened software, for any reason whatsoever. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please check the manufacturer's policy for returns.
  • Unopened software may be returned within 10 business days of the original purchase for a refund or exchange.
  • Many manufacturers offer free trials of their software if you are unsure if a product will do what you require. A salesperson will be happy to assist you in determining if there is a trial version available. Please also check the system requirements posted on the product's packaging to determine if the software will run on your computer before purchasing.
